Master Karn

Descend to the third floor of the Dungeon, and you will find yourself in the domain of Master Karn.

Part of his chamber is lined with sharp spikes. They pose no threat to the Master himself, but Exiles will need to tread carefully, as crossing the spikes inflicts damage. Even your trap-dodging skills won't help you here, so watch your step!

Master Karn alternates his strategy, so neither melee nor ranged combat is a safe option.

• In melee combat, Master Karn gradually increases his attack speed and damage. Retreat in time!
• At range, he slows down—but don't get too comfortable! In addition to a poleaxe, he has axes that can easily be turned into throwing weapons, and his special hook can pull you toward him. If it drags you across the spikes, you will sustain additional injuries.

The tactics are yours to choose. Just remember—never give up.

New Items

Inventor's Shelf

One can never have too many shelves, especially when every item counts.
This time, we've prepared storage for traps, bombs, their components, and rare crafting ingredients.
The base capacity is 25 slots, but you can upgrade it up to 100.

Large Cat Eye Potion

Remember the Cat Eye Potion? This one works the same way, only better. Its effect lasts 30 minutes. That's more than enough time to spot everything!

Forged Terror

Participants in the Scarlet Hunt have a chance to earn a superb 20-slot pannier with an extra quick slot. What makes it so great? It adds +50 to physical armor. Don't miss your chance to claim it.

New Weapons

Slaughter Poleaxe

Master Karn is strong enough to wield this poleaxe with one hand. Exiles, however, will be able to use it as a heavy, two-handed weapon.

Like Master Karn, you'll be able to boost your attack speed and damage. The poleaxe's effects stack up to five times.

Time to feel like the true master of the Dungeon of the Torturers!

Bloodhounds

An axe in each hand—and into the fray!

These axes make excellent projectiles and require no loading, unlike bows or crossbows. Their strikes can stun enemies, giving you the perfect opportunity to claim yet another glorious victory.

They don't deal bonus damage while sneaking, but who would want to hide such deadly beauty anyway?

Spiked Set

A steel armor set that sends a clear message: You mean business.

• Each piece deals physical damage to enemies in melee combat.
• Wearing the full set reduces bleeding damage taken by the Exile.
• Designs for the Spiked Set pieces can be earned during the Scarlet Hunt.

Achievement System for iOS

We've received quite a few requests from Exiles who love collecting their victories, so we are introducing an in-game achievement system.

We are still testing the system, so for now, it is only available to Exiles on iOS.

Minor Changes

Brigandine Set Changes

We've reduced the amount of steel needed to craft this armor, replacing some of it with iron ingots and plates. The set is now easier to make but no weaker. In fact, it's even better now, thanks to a new bonus.

Full Set Bonuses

Even trusted, familiar armor can sometimes use an upgrade.

Three familiar sets now come with additional bonuses:

Brigandine Set

• Full set bonus: +200 to armor

Templar Set

• Full set bonus: +400 to armor

Emperor's Shadows Templar Set

• Full set bonus: +600 to armor
