Update 7.5.0
06.08.2025
Exiles!
While the Scarlet Angels gather their strength for the next Scarlet Hunt, we invite you to explore update 7.5.0!

Global Events Calendar
Lubenia lives on!
Want to know in advance what challenges await you in the days to come? Now you can — without even leaving the Plaguelands.
A special button — the Global Events Calendar — will appear in the bottom-left corner of the global map.
The sharp-eyed among you may recall that this spot used to be reserved for creating a new castle. Don’t worry — the idea of a second castle hasn’t been abandoned. But it will appear directly on the map, without a separate button.

In the Global Events Calendar window, the Exile can:
  • Check how much time remains in ongoing events.
  • See when upcoming events start and prepare accordingly.
  • View the potential rewards for current and future events.
  • See the locations where current events are taking place.

You may also spot a Mysterious Event.
This is content not yet available in the current version of the game. Once it becomes accessible, you'll get a reminder to update. No new challenge will pass you by!

Cradle of Corruption Changes
A fan-favorite location is changing... and getting more dangerous!

Corrupted Knight
The Corrupted Knight was already a formidable opponent. Now, his strike will always inflict poison. Best to avoid it altogether.

Corruption Bearer
  • Sometimes your own actions pose the greatest risk. The Corruption Bearer now has a chance of poisoning you if you dare strike it.
Corruption Root
Some things are getting simpler. If you're a less experienced Exile playing the Cradle on its lowest difficulty, destroying all the cocoons will now reveal an arrow pointing toward the Corruption Root. That's when it's vulnerable — strike while you can!

Dungeon of the Torturers Changes
We're continuing preparations for the opening of the next floor in the Dungeon of the Torturers. But before building something new, we must put what already exists in order.

Tadeusz the Chronicler
You'll now encounter Tadeusz the Chronicler near the surface entrance to the dungeon.
He won't dare enter himself, but he's eager to trade valuables for War Dogs Insignias — which can be recovered from the bodies of certain enemies within the Dungeon of the Torturers.

Fire Guardian
The Fire Guardian has been rebalanced.
He now lives up to his name:
  • Resistant to fire and physical damage but vulnerable to cold (×2) and decay (×1).
  • Deals fire damage.
  • Always leaves behind some coal when defeated.
Trap Changes
We've heard your complaints about traps.
To ease the burden on Exiles, we've made a few changes — though we still urge you to watch your step:
  • Timing safe passage past traps is now significantly easier.
  • Damage and effect duration from fire and poison traps have been reduced.
  • The overall trap count has been lowered.
Other Improvements
And that's not all!
  • The Slaughterer and the Punisher will now rise from the dead only once. You can breathe a little easier.
  • If you trigger a pressure plate or make a mistake solving the braziers puzzle, you'll no longer get struck by an axe or poisoned dart. Only the Suffereres will appear to punish you.
  • The iron maiden key puzzle can now only appear on the second floor of the dungeon. This prevents Exiles without the Rack from getting stuck without a way to highlight the sarcophagi by interrogating the Torturer Scout. Also, all closed iron maidens will now always contain a key.
Visual Update to Locations
We continue refining the visuals of older locations. Next up are the forest and stone 2 Skull locations.
For now, each location has one fixed visual style, but resources and enemies will appear randomly, so there'll be no shortage of surprises.
We've also increased the amount of resources available, and the selection of enemies in stone and forest locations now varies:
  • Forest locations have more animals.
  • Stone locations feature more foes afflicted by Gray Decay.

Smelter and Stone-working Bench Upgrade
We previously upgraded the Carpenter's Table. Now it's time for the Smelter and Stone-working Bench.
At level 2, Exiles can load up to 40 units of resources.
Where to find the necessary recipes and collection items? We'll tell you soon!

Combat Speed Modifier Rework
Speed means everything in battle.
From now on, neither you nor your enemies can increase attack speed beyond ×2. Speed can still be reduced — but no more than ×3.
These effects remain powerful tools in combat, but now their boundaries are clear.

New Items
Mysterious Volume #1
The satchel bears no identifying marks.
Open it to find a rare skill book you haven't yet learned. The exact list is available in the item's description.
If you already know all the listed skills, you'll instead find a cache of useful loot beneath the cover.
Rumor has it that more volumes in this series will appear soon.

Reliquaries
When trading with Plaguelands dwellers, you may now receive one of three reliquary types:
  • Frost Reliquary — contains a random item from a set with protection against fire.
  • Northern Wolf Reliquary — contains a random item from a set with protection against cold.
  • Purity Reliquary — contains a random item from a set with protection against decay.
  • The more you trade, the greater your chance of completing a full set!
Pannier of Perpetual Decay
Time to expand your pannier collection!
Defeat Vragna and obtain the recipe for the Pannier of Perpetual Decay to craft a special pannier that shields you from hunger and thirst damage.
Even if these meters drop to zero, you'll suffer no harm.
Yes, it really is that simple. But first, you'll need Vragna's head.

Potion of Mental Clarity
This potion grants Exiles temporary protection from stun effects.

New Weapons
Vragna's arsenal is vast — and now, it can be yours!

Cleaver of a Hundred Diseases
A one-handed sword that deals decay damage. That damage greatly increases when it's raining.

Daughter of Decay's Claws
Paired claws that deal both physical and decay damage. Each consecutive strike inflicts additional decay damage. Similar in spirit to the familiar stiletto — but here, it's decay damage that stacks.

Insatiable Mace
A two-handed mace dealing physical and decay damage. Each strike consumes the player's satiety and adds bonus decay damage. The higher your current satiety, the stronger the bonus.

Bow of Decay
Deals physical and decay damage. When hit, enemies become temporarily vulnerable to attacks from any wolves — yours or wild ones — and even from Vargs.

Skills
Hunger and Thirst Skill Rebalance
We've significantly increased the values of these skills. The skill that increases your satiety limit is now especially useful with the Insatiable Mace.

Decay Resistance
Exiles have learned to resist fire and cold. Now it's time to stand against decay.

Dodging Vragna's Handmaidens
Know your foe, know their patterns. This new skill increases your chance to dodge attacks from Vragna's handmaidens.

Store Changes
  • For the Torture Rack and Torture Chair, the "Get resources" button now offers items only relevant to their collections. No filler.
  • Some item descriptions have been updated.
  • A few items have been moved within the store — worry not!
Other Changes
  • Tired of guessing how injured you are? Your exact health value in numbers now appears below the health bar.
  • The 15-slot pannier recipes no longer require Cords — they now require Enchanted Leather.
